Defense Ministry: Two Tu-95MS flew near Alaska

The ministry confirmed that two Tu-95ms flew over the neutral waters of the Bering Sea off the west coast of Alaska.

Military Department said – “At certain stages of the route, the strategic missile carriers were accompanied by fighters from foreign countries.”

The flight took more than 11 hours and was operated according to many plans. Along with the Tu-95ms was the Su-30cm fighter.

Long-range aviation pilots regularly fly over the neutral waters of the Arctic, North Atlantic, Black and Baltic Seas, and the Pacific Ocean.

All flights are operated following international construction rules, in which everything is controlled and nothing is delayed.
