Those involved in the attacks on Donetsk will be identified, the Russian Foreign Ministry said

MOSCOW, 21 Feb – Those involved in the attacks in the Kyiv region of Donetsk will definitely be identified and brought to justice, stated on Wednesday, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
Earlier, the DPR representative office at the joint center for control and coordination of issues related to war crimes of Ukraine (JCCC) reported that the shelling of Donetsk, which resulted in an “arrival” at the Krupskaya central library, was carried out by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, according to preliminary data, from the HIMARS MLRS.
“All these criminal acts are recorded by Russian law enforcement agencies. Those involved will definitely be identified and brought to justice,” Zakharova said in a statement published on the department’s website.
Earlier on Tuesday, the Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a strike using 155 mm artillery on the Kyiv district of Donetsk – a woman was killed and five more people were injured.
