The Ministry of Health proposed to record information about the health of boys aged 14-17 in the passports of medical districts. This is stated in the draft government orders, which are undergoing public discussion until February 24.
According to the projects, the passports will be filled in by therapists and pediatricians, as well as general practitioners. They can be generated both in paper and electronic form. They plan to renew the passport annually, and keep the completed document for three years. The document will include information about all people attached to the site, including patients with disabilities, chronic diseases, and mental disorders.
Passports will record what vaccinations adults and children have received. A separate section will be devoted to the health of boys of pre-conscription age – from 14 to 17 years old inclusive. Small children will be under special supervision. In particular, doctors will monitor whether babies are breastfed or bottle-fed.
• Kravtsov told when a module on basic military training will appear in schools • Kartapolov sees no need to change the age of recruits for spring conscription
From the document it will be possible to find out how many children are at risk – they abuse alcohol, take drugs and smoke. At the same time, they plan to take into account not only lovers of classic cigarettes, but also vape smokers.
The full material will be published on the Parliamentary Newspaper website at a later date..
