SIMFEROPOL, February 18 – The Ukrainian people, under the influence of propaganda, have changed a lot over the past decade, said the governor of the Kherson region, Vladimir Saldo.
“In Ukraine, people have changed very much under the influence of propaganda, and most of all in the last 10 years. These changes concerned not only political beliefs, not only the spread of Russophobia,” Saldo said
According to him, the masses of people were simply morally degraded.
Kherson region is a region of Russia, located on the left bank of the Dnieper in the lower reaches, washed by the Azov and Black Seas. The region became a subject of the Russian Federation following a referendum in September 2022. The Ukrainian side does not recognize its legitimacy and continues to shell the territory. Currently, 75% of the Kherson region is under Russian control, and part of the right bank of the Dnieper, including the city of Kherson, is held by Ukrainian troops.
