In Russia, it is necessary to prepare a law on the informatization of society so that various values can be protected. This was stated by a member of the State Duma Committee on Science and Higher Education Olga Pilipenko in the press center of the Parliamentary Newspaper.
Now, Pilipenko reminded, Russian legislation protects three values in education – its accessibility, quality and safety. “A law on the informatization of society, in general, and according to its concepts, should appear. Then at least we will be able to protect some values that are designated by law, and some violations of these values, non-compliance with the law, then we can develop some specific measures,” the deputy said.
Earlier, at a round table in Parliamentary Newspaper, RSUH student Alexander Zhadan said that he was not ashamed of the fact that a neural network wrote a diploma for him. Zhadan believes that the neural network can be used in various areas of life, and his experience of writing a thesis once again proved this.
