In Nyagan (KhMAO), since the beginning of 2023, citizens have provided opinions on the excess of phenol in another 60 residential premises. The head of the municipality, Ivan Yamashev, spoke about this in his telegram channel.
“The amount of phenolic housing is increasing many times over. Only in January and the beginning of February, citizens additionally submitted 60 conclusions to the Department of Housing Policy on the excess of “phenol” in residential premises,” the mayor reports.
Yamashev specified that all the submitted conclusions would be accepted for work within a year. Residential premises will be included in the resettlement order, which is approved annually as of January 1.
Earlier URA.RU reported that Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will receive 107 million rubles from the government to co-finance regional programs for the resettlement of houses in excess of the maximum allowable concentration of phenol and formaldehyde. Later, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug Governor Natalya Komarova instructed Nyagan Mayor Ivan Yamashev to relocate people from houses where phenol was found as soon as possible, since funding was open. In the Surgut district, it was planned to purchase 43 apartments for these purposes by the end of the year.
