Donetsk, February 9, 2023, 15:20 — REGNUM Russian troops participating in a special military operation (SVO) in Ukraine inflicted serious damage on the Armed Forces of Ukraine in Krasno-Limansky and a number of other areas. Ticks around Artemovsk are shrinking. The Ukrainian army lost over 85 soldiers in the South Donetsk direction in the battles for Vodiane and Vuhledar, the Russian Defense Ministry reports.

In just one day, 110 Ukrainian servicemen, three armored combat vehicles, a Grad MLRS installation, two D-20 howitzers, and an ammunition depot were destroyed in the Red-Limas direction. Another achievement was the defeat of the MiG-29 aircraft of the Ukrainian Air Force by fighter aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces. The air battle took place in the area of the settlement of Novopavlovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
In the Kupyansk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine lost up to 30 servicemen in the areas of the settlements of Gryanikovka, Tabaevka, Berestovoye of the Kharkov region and Novoselovskoye (LPR). The fighting in the Donetsk direction led to the destruction of up to 90 Ukrainian servicemen and four depots of artillery ammunition of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Slavyansk, Avdiivka and Malinovka.

In the Kherson direction, the Russian army managed to destroy the MSTA-B howitzer, three large-caliber mortars and four ammunition depots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Nikolaevka and Chernobaevka.
As reported IA REGNUM, the special Russian operation lasts 351 days and maintains a high offensive pace in several directions. According to the Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation to the UN Vasily Nebenzias long as the Armed Forces of Ukraine can fight, the flow of weapons will not stop.
