The hydrometeorological center of Russia has introduced a “yellow” level of weather danger in Moscow and the Moscow region in connection with a snowstorm and ice. This is stated on the official portal of the institution.

“Yellow – the weather is potentially dangerous,” the publication states.

Such a warning signals that residents of the capital should be vigilant on the street. Motorists should also be especially careful when traveling by private transport.
