The head of the European Commission revealed the details of the tenth package of sanctions against Russia
Brussels, 9 February 2023, 17:26 — REGNUM The tenth package of anti-Russian sanctions will include restrictions on “propagandists”, as well as political and military leaders of the Russian Federation. This statement was made on February 9 by the President of the European Commission (EC) Ursula von der Leyen at a press conference in Brussels.
“They (sanctions, approx. IA REGNUM) will be introduced against the political and military leaders of Russia”– said the head of the EC.
Der Leyen added that the sanctions would also impose a ban on the export of goods totaling €10 billion, which is expected to have a strong negative impact on the Russian economy.
Recall that the EU is preparing to introduce the tenth package of anti-Russian sanctions on February 24, on the anniversary of the start of a special operation to denazify Ukraine.
