The European Union cannot yet transfer the frozen assets of the Central Bank of Russia to Ukraine, because it does not know where 86% of the $258 billion is located. About it informs Bloomberg agency.

Now the EU knows the whereabouts of only 36.4 billion dollars of blocked funds, the publication points out. In this regard, the legal service of the European Union recommended to oblige European banks to immediately transfer to the European Commission all data on the frozen funds of Russia in order to send them to Ukraine.
