Governor of the Chelyabinsk Region Alexei Teksler met with Anton Lebedev, appointed CEO of Gazprom Gas Distribution Chelyabinsk JSC. As URA.RU was informed in the press service of the head of the region, Texler called the pace of additional gasification in the region insufficient.
“The new leader, Anton Lebedev, was introduced by Sergey Tabachuk, Deputy Director General of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz. The issues of additional gasification, the implementation of a joint program with Gazprom for the development of gas supply and gasification for a three-year period were discussed,» the regional government noted.
Texler said that the issues of additional gasification in the region are insufficient. 44% of the volumes were completed up to the boundaries of the plots, the number of concluded contracts – 88%. The head of the region urged to strengthen the work.
At the meeting, it was noted that the level of gasification in the region is 70%, but the problem of connecting new consumers to gas due to an increase in construction volumes remains. Especially the question concerns the gasification of the Sosnovsky district, where there are many construction projects. The region additionally supplies gas to residents by subsidizing the cost of purchasing and installing gas equipment for the privileged category of citizens.
At the same time, we have to solve the problems of increasing the capacity of gas distribution networks and replacing old pipes with new ones. The work is carried out with the company “Rosseti”.
On February 9, Lebedev took up his powers as head of Gazprom Gas Distribution Chelyabinsk. In this post, he replaced Vladimir Seradsky.
