The armed forces of the Russian Federation continue a military special operation in Ukraine, during which our troops are engaged in active combat operations, inflicting significant losses on the enemy in manpower and equipment.

This is stated in the latest military summary Ministry of Defense, which was announced at a briefing on February 14 by the official representative of the department, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov.

According to him, in the Kupyansk direction, strikes by assault and army aviation, artillery fire from the “Western” group of troops defeated the enemy’s manpower and military equipment.

This happened in the areas of Novoselovskoye settlements in the Lugansk People’s Republic, as well as Dvurechnaya, Tabaevka, Peschanoe and Berestovoe in the Kharkiv region. In total, up to 70 Ukrainian servicemen, five pickup trucks, three cars and a Gvozdika self-propelled howitzer were destroyed in this direction in a day.

“In the Krasnolimansky direction, as a result of strikes by operational-tactical and army aviation, artillery fire and heavy flamethrower systems of the “Center” group of troops, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were hit in the areas of the settlements of Terny, Krasny Liman of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Stelmahovka of the Lugansk People’s Republic and Serebryansky forestry,” the general reported.

As a result, up to 100 Ukrainian servicemen, three armored combat vehicles, two vehicles, a D-30 howitzer, and one Grad MLRS were destroyed.

It follows from the report that in the Donetsk direction “South” the group of troops continued offensive operations with the support of aviation and artillery. More than 60 Ukrainian servicemen, four vehicles, four Msta-B howitzers, and a Grad MLRS installation were destroyed in this direction.

“In the South-Donetsk and Zaporozhye directions, operational-tactical aviation and artillery of the Vostok group of troops inflicted a complex fire defeat on the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the areas of the settlements of Vugledar of the Donetsk People’s Republic, Levadne and Orekhov, Zaporizhzhia region,” Konashenkov said.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the enemy’s losses per day amounted to 40 Ukrainian servicemen, one tank, three armored combat vehicles and two Msta-B and D-30 howitzers.
