NATO member country Slovakia is starting a negotiation process on organizing the supply of MiG-29 multipurpose fighters to the Armed Forces of Ukraine (APU), which are at the disposal of the country’s Ministry of Defense. This was stated by Acting Prime Minister of Slovakia Eduard Heger.

“An official proposal has been received (on organizing the supply of fighters to the Armed Forces of Ukraine – approx. URA.RU), so we can start the negotiation process. We will help the Ukrainians, and we will also get money, ”said Heger, his words are quoted by the publication. Pravda.

Earlier, Heger, in a conversation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, promised the latter to consider the possible supply of the MiG-29, reports RT. Bloomberg stressed that at the moment no one among the EU countries dared to make such promises to Ukraine. China considered the transfer of military aviation to the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a reason for an open armed conflict between Europe and Russia
