Golikova announced an increase in life expectancy in Russia in 2022

Life expectancy in Russia increased to 72.6 years in 2022. This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Tatyana Golikova on the results of the meeting on the implementation of the national project “Health”.

According to her, the country has also recorded a decrease in infant deaths, 1.6 thousand primary care facilities have been created, and 1.4 million high-tech medical care operations have been performed.

Golikova added that within the framework of the project “Modernization of the primary link” this year it is planned to build almost 500 new facilities, purchase over 20 buildings and 730 prefabricated modules.

As reported IA REGNUMmedical institutions in Russia from September 1, 2023 will be able to repair medical equipment using non-original components and spare parts.
