Deputy Governor of the Kurgan Region for Economic Policy Vladimir Arkhipov announced an increase in exports of goods from the region. Arkhipov announced this on a live broadcast in the “Government of the Kurgan Region” group on the VKontakte social network.

“In 2022, exports from the Kurgan region increased by 22%. At the same time, exports to the CIS countries increased by 29%. With non-CIS countries — by 14%. People’s Republic of China, the United Arab Emirates and Mexico,” the deputy governor said on a live broadcast.

According to Arkhipov, the volume of sales of goods increased with Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan The deputy governor also announced that the Kurgan region ranks first in the Russian Federation in terms of agricultural production index. According to him, the volume of plant products and livestock products increased by 39% in the region (compared to 2021).
