Children rescued in Turkey after 68 hours under rubble


Turkish rescuers pulled six people out of the rubble almost three days after the earthquake

In Turkey, people were rescued after spending 68 hours in the rubble of houses, the Anadolu news agency reported on February 9.

In the city of Kyrykhan in the province of Hatay, rescuers heard sounds coming from under the ruins. As a result of long efforts, six people, including three children, were rescued from the rubble.

They spent a total of 68 hours under the ruins. The survivors, after receiving first aid on the spot, were sent to the hospital.

Recall that as a result of the devastating earthquake in Turkey, the death toll exceeded 12 thousand people.
