The Russian government allocated more than 3 billion rubles from the federal treasury to the Southern Urals to balance the regional budget. The corresponding order was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
The document was published on the official website of the Government of Russia, according to the expert information channel UralPolit.RU. In addition to the Chelyabinsk region, subsidies for budget stabilization were also allocated to nine other Russian regions: Krasnoyarsk Territory, Belgorod, Irkutsk, Lipetsk, Murmansk, Nizhny Novgorod, Tula, Yaroslavl and Volgograd regions.
In total, the Russian Government allocated almost 9.5 billion rubles to the constituent entities of the Russian Federation to maintain budgetary stability. As Mikhail Mishustin noted, these funds will help the regions strengthen their budgets, balance revenue and expenditure.
