Ex-defender of CSKA and the Russian national team Yuri Zhirkov decided to end his career at the age of 39. One of the most titled footballers in the history of the Russian Federation told reporters about this “RB Sport”.
“I think everyone could already guess that my professional football career is over. What do I plan to do next? Nothing. Enjoy life, haha,” he said.
Zhirkov’s last club was Khimki near Moscow. On account of the defender 105 matches in the Russian national team, in which he scored two goals.
