The Armenian delegation will leave for Chisinau this week to participate in the session of the Euronest Parliamentary Assembly (PA), reports today, February 13, the press service of the National Assembly of the Transcaucasian Republic.
Armenian deputies from the faction of the ruling party “Civil Contract”, as well as legislators from the opposition factions “Armenia” and “I have the honor” will visit the Moldovan capital to participate in the work of the parliamentary structure of the “Eastern Partnership” of the European Union.
The Euronest PA session will be held on February 18-21.
The Eastern Partnership (EP) started in May 2009. It is an EU project with the main stated goal in the form of development of the bloc’s integration ties with six countries of the former USSR: Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. In 2022, the membership of Belarus in the EaP was suspended.
