Russian President Vladimir had earlier stated that countries are currently discussing not just the possible use of Western long-range weapons by Kyiv but are essentially deciding whether to directly involve themselves in the Ukrainian conflict. Direct Western involvement in the conflict would fundamentally change its nature, and would be forced to make decisions based on the threats thus created, he added.

“Secretary Blinken, President – stop this! Stop this reckless escalation. I’m saying this not as a political partisan, but simply as a citizen of the world,” Kennedy Jr. commented in a video addressing Putin’s warning.
