The logistics infrastructure facility was damaged following explosions in the village of Kupyansk-Uzlova in Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine, where a major railway hub is located, according to Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration Head Oleg Sinegubov.
“Kupyansk district, Kupyansk-Uzlova village… A logistics infrastructure facility has been damaged,” Sinegubov wrote on his Telegram channel.
