The cost of a square meter in elite new buildings in Zamoskvorechye has dropped by 37 percent since the beginning of the year, to 1.62 million rubles. This is reported RBC with reference to NF Group.
The second place is occupied by Dorogomilovo. There, apartments in new buildings fell in price by eight percent, amounting to 0.9 million rubles per square meter. The decrease in the value of real estate in these two areas is associated with the entry into the market of the Cosmo 4/22 and Vernissage projects, which distinguished themselves by relatively affordable starting prices.
Chistye Prudy became the district of Moscow with the highest growth in prices for apartments. A square meter will cost an average of 2.2 million rubles, which is 60 percent higher than at the beginning of the year. The second place went to Plyushchikha – 1.78 million rubles (+32 percent), and the third line is occupied by the Presnensky district – 1.14 million rubles (+26 percent). The top five also included the Tverskoy district with a price of 1.95 million per square meter and Yakimanka – 2.43 million rubles.
In the Moscow region, an increase in the share of plots without a contract was recorded. In this way, the developers decided to draw the attention of customers to suburban real estate.
