“OpenAI allegedly transcribed millions of YouTube videos without the consent of their creators to train its generative software, according to a new federal lawsuit,” the agency said in a statement.

The New York Times reported in April that AI developers, including OpenAI, Google, and Meta, are reportedly bypassing legal restrictions.
