YaNAO Governor Artyukhov plans to remove Kobylkin’s people from an important department

The Governor of the YNAO Dmitry Artyukhov plans to update the leadership in the departments of the regional department of ecology by a third. This was reported by a URA.RU source in the political circles of the region.

“Some in the department [экологии] sat in their chairs. The reform that took place in the department turned out to be ineffective. Therefore, Artyukhov thought about personnel changes, ”the source said.

We are talking about those who took positions during the time of the former head of the region Dmitry Kobylkin. Of the nine heads of their positions, three may lose their positions – Oleg Istrati (department for the protection of wildlife), Oleg Vakulenko (he was deputy forestry department, then headed it) and Natalya Gasanova (department of regional environmental policy and environmental impact assessment).

A request was sent to the YaNAO government. No response was received at the time of release. The earlier reform of the very structure of the department, when the authorities redistributed powers and got rid of some divisions, did not bring results, therefore, personnel decisions are overdue.
