Next year, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug authorities will send 28 children with mental disabilities to the Children’s Psychoneurological Boarding Home, which is located near Tyumen, where specialized specialists will work with them. “The contract provides for the provision of social and medical services – provision of care taking into account the state of health, provision of primary health care, provision of medical care in the scope of the basic program of compulsory health insurance for citizens of the Russian Federation, provision of medical care in psychiatry and pediatrics,” the published contract says In addition, the document talks about daily five meals a day that children will receive, as well as comfortable rooms designed to accommodate no more than five people.

Sending children to a boarding school will be carried out in five stages from January 1 to September 30, 2024. The contract price is 30.5 million rubles.
