Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District Investigative Committee will check information about shooting a child with an air pistol

The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug began checking information in which a teenager shot a child with an air pistol. This was reported by the department’s press service in the telegram channel.

“In Nadym, a pre-investigation check is being carried out based on information posted on social networks. Information about the incident was published in one of the public pages. “As reported in the posted information, a 17-year-old boy in the courtyard of house 44 on Zverev Street fired shots at an 11-year-old teenager from an air pistol,” the department’s press service wrote in the telegram channel.

The investigation department for the city of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug organized a pre-investigation check under Part 2 of Art. 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (hooliganism). Investigators are establishing the circumstances of the incident. Based on the results of the inspection, a procedural decision will be made.

Earlier in Nadym, a college student shot a boy several times with an air pistol. According to the mother of the injured child, the incident occurred on November 11 at 44 Zverev Street. The attacker claims that he tested the pistol by mutual consent and is confident that no punishment will follow for his act.
