Yakutian university teacher sentenced to four years for taking bribes from students

A former senior lecturer at the private Law Police College and the Mining Institute of Northeastern University (NEFU) received a real term. He was found guilty of bribery, fraud and forgery, the correspondent was told. IA REGNUM in the press service of the prosecutor’s office of the republic.

Within six months, the teacher received bribes from at least 150 students for taking tests and grading exams. Purchased results were entered into record books and examination sheets.

The man did not admit his guilt, but the investigation collected enough evidence. The court sentenced the teacher to 4 years and two months in a general regime colony….
