On December 7 at 12:00, the press center of Parliamentary Newspaper will host a video interview with Elena Vasilievna Bibikova, Deputy Chair of the Federation Council Committee on Social Policy, “What awaits Russian pensioners in 2023?”.

Last week, in the Federation Council, during the “parliamentary dialogue”, the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov said that from January 1, 2023, the indexation of pensions for non-working pensioners in Russia will be 4.8%. Thus, after indexation, the average old-age insurance pension for non-working Russians may amount to 21,782 rubles.
