Voting begins in Crimean referendums

In Crimea, voting is taking place in referendums on the entry of the republics of Donbass, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions into Russia.

According to the election commission of the Republic of Crimea, which helps the election commissions of the DPR, LPR, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions to organize the process of holding referendums for refugees from these regions, five polling stations have been opened in the republic where residents of the Donetsk People’s Republic can vote.

Their addresses: Simferopol, st. Kyiv, 115, cultural institution, second floor of the building;

Yalta, st. Roosevelt, 5, Marine Station, the premises are located in the area of ​​the city embankment in the building of the Yalta Trade Port branch of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Kazakhstan “Crimean Sea Ports”;

Kerch, st. Ordzhonikidze, 88, cultural institution;

Evpatoria, st. May 9, 75, Settlement and cash center;

Dzhankoy, st. Lenina, 45/2. The premises of the Center for Culture and Leisure.

Residents of the Luhansk People’s Republic, Zaporozhye and Kherson regions can only vote at the polling station in Simferopol at the address: st. Kyiv, 115, cultural institution, second floor of the building.

The referenda will run from 23 to 27 September.

There are a total of about 16,000 ballots in Crimea, most of which are for residents of the DPR. In Sevastopol, four polling stations are open for referendum participants.

For residents of the DPR – at the address: Rybakov Palace of Culture, st. Pavel Korchagin, 1;

residents of the LPR – Sevastopol Center for Culture and Arts, st. Lenina, 25;

for the Zaporozhye region – the cinema “Moskva”, st. General Ostryakov, 70;
