Legislation needs changes to prohibit the activities of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Russia. About this speaker of the State Duma Viacheslav Volodin wrote in his Telegram-channel.

He also added that the legislation should provide for responsibility for supporting the decisions of the ICC. The speaker also suggested concluding bilateral agreements with friendly countries, which imply non-cooperation with the International Criminal Court.

“It is necessary to develop changes to the legislation prohibiting any activity of the ICC on the territory of our country,” Volodin wrote.

Previously “Tsargrad“reported that the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for the President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Commissioner for Children’s Rights Maria Lvova-Belova. According to a posting on the ICC website, the warrants were issued in the context of the situation in Ukraine.
