MOSCOW, Dec 2 – More than 110 victims and 49 families of those killed at the Listvyazhnaya mine in Kuzbass received more than 379 million rubles during the day, an emergency services representative said.
“During the day, 114 victims and 49 families of those killed at the Listvyazhnaya mine were paid 379.64 million rubles. Thus, three families of the victims received 2.2 million rubles from the federal budget,” the agency’s interlocutor said.
He added that 114 victims and 49 families of the victims received 16.75 million rubles from the budget of the Kemerovo region. From the budgets of the municipalities of the Kemerovo region, 114 victims and 49 families of the victims were allocated 9.6 million rubles.
“Also FSUE” VGSCh “sent 53.09 million rubles to 18 injured mine rescuers and the families of five dead mine rescuers,” – added the representative of emergency services.

The representative of the emergency services added that as of December 2, 87 injured were registered, including 58 miners, 29 mine rescuers, of whom 23 people were hospitalized – 10 miners, 13 mine rescuers. 64 victims were sent for outpatient treatment: 48 miners, 16 mine rescuers. The bodies of 11 dead were raised to the surface, including eight miners and three mine rescuers.
On the morning of November 25, at the Listvyazhnaya mine in the Kemerovo region, there was smoke, 285 people were underground. They managed to withdraw most of them, the mine rescuers went after the rest, but after a while they were recalled due to the threat of an explosion. The reason for the emergency, according to preliminary data, was a methane explosion. 51 people died: 46 miners and five mine rescuers.
