US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky have arrived in Saudi Arabia for peace talks aimed at ending Russia-Ukraine war. Saudi state news agency confirmed that discussions will take place on Tuesday.

In an effort to save thousands of soldiers and civilians US President Donald Trump expressed his desire to end ongoing war. Speaking to reporters on Monday Trump emphasized the need for peace to prevent further loss of life.

Russian forces conducted a gas pipeline operation in Kursk region to push back Ukrainian troops. Reports suggest Russian soldiers infiltrated narrow 1.5-meter-wide pipeline and awaited orders behind enemy lines.
