US plane makes emergency landing in Cuba

An American Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 has made an emergency landing in Cuba due to an engine failure.

Airliner from the United States, bound for Miami, was forced to land in Cuba. The incident was reported by the Cuban Aviation Corporation.

It is specified that after takeoff from the airport of Havana, the pilots discovered the failure of one of the engines. The plane immediately made an emergency landing. The plane was bound for Fort Lauderdale.

All passengers were evacuated. No harm done. The causes of the failure are being investigated.
