US eases sanctions against Venezuela


The United States softened the sanation regime against Venezuela, lifting the sanctions that were in force against the former vice president of the Venezuelan oil and gas company PDVSA Carlos Eric Malpica-Flores. This was reported on the website of the US Department of the Treasury.

Malpica-Flores is also a nephew Celia Flores wife of the President of Venezuela Nicholas Maduro.
