In the meeting, State President of the Principal Council, Dr. Virendra Kumar Tripathi, Amarnath Singh of Secondary Teachers Association suggested that the result of classless examination should be declared in the high school examination. High school marks and pre board marks should be considered in Intermediate exam results. State President of State Teachers Association Chhaya Shukla and Professional Teachers Association General Secretary Dhananjay Chaturvedi were also present in the meeting.
Today is the last day to send suggestions
UP Board has sought suggestions by 2 pm of June 10 to determine the formula of the result. According to the release issued by Board Secretary Divyakant Shukla, all the stakeholders (students, parents, teachers and principals) can send their suggestions to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. It is believed that before any stakeholder objecting to the declaration of the result, everyone is being given an opportunity so that the situation of dispute does not arise later. If anyone challenges the result in the High Court, the board should be in a position to present its side.
Demand raised for refund of exam fee
Ramesh Singh, working president of Uttar Pradesh Secondary Teachers Association, has written a letter to the Deputy Chief Minister / Education Minister, demanding that after the cancellation of the board examination, there is no reason for the candidates not to return the examination fee. When most of the expenditure on the conduct of examinations has been saved, the fee of the examinees must be transferred by the board to their bank accounts.
