Similar sighting also reported near facilities belonging to BASF, a prominent German chemical company.
A spokesperson for BASF stated that the company is taking all necessary security precautions. However, Germany’s Ministry of Defense has not yet commented on the incidents.
Head of Germany’s intelligence agency suggested that these incidents might be linked to Germany’s support for Ukraine in its ongoing conflict with Russia. He warned that Moscow could be targeting Germany and possibly planning acts of sabotage within the country.
