Foreign citizens who do not have grounds for further stay in Russia must either put their documents in order or leave the country before October 12, 2022. Violators will be held accountable. This was reported in the press group of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“The internal affairs bodies of the Sverdlovsk garrison will exercise control over the timely departure from the country of foreign citizens who have not extended their migration registration. When violators are identified, police officers will take measures to bring them to justice established by current legislation, ”said Valery Gorelykh, head of the press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Sverdlovsk Region.

This is required by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation of June 15, 2021 No. 364 and Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 20, 2022 No. 1253-r.
