Tyumen residents do not want to work in the office

Working residents of Tyumen increasingly prefer to look for vacancies with a free schedule. Demand for such offers increased by 52%. The relevant data is provided by analysts of the Avito Rabota service.

“Working with a free schedule is becoming more and more popular among job seekers. Interest in similar vacancies on the Avito Rabota platform in February 2023 in Tyumen increased by 52% compared to the same period last year. Employers have also become more active in offering employees a flexible start to the day, hybrid and free work formats. So, 26% of the ads published on Avito Jobs are for vacancies with a free schedule, ”say the service’s analysts.

Most offers with a free schedule are required in the sections “Marketing, advertising, PR”. According to the service, the share of such vacancies on the Avito platform is 22%.

“The median salary of specialists in Tyumen working on a free schedule is 83,000 rubles (+57%). At the same time, in many niches, the remuneration of employees who are not tied to an office and a rigid work schedule directly depends on the results and volume of work, ”adds Avito.
