Two-thirds of Russians agree to a six-day week with an increase in salary

Most Russians are willing to work six days a week, but only if they get a substantial pay raise. They write about it “News”referring to a survey conducted by the Avito.Work service.

“Two-thirds of all respondents (64%), in approximately equal proportions (29% and 35%), called an increase in remuneration by 10-30% and 30-50% as a condition for the transition,” says in the study.

And only 13% are willing to work more for bonuses such as free meals at the office or paid travel by the employer. At the same time, 23% of the respondents do not agree to the six-day period under any circumstances, among them 27% of women and 19% of men. Ten thousand Russians took part in the survey, 70% of whom are employed.
