Ankara has informed Moscow of its opposition to the deployment of Syrian army units in areas controlled by the Kurdish Syrian Democratic Forces (SDS).
This was announced on Tuesday to the Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera by an official Turkish source.
“We have notified Moscow of our disagreement with the formal deployment of Syrian government forces in the areas [дислокации оппозиционных властям в Дамаске] SDS”, he noted.
