Trump’s main rival DeSantis announced participation in the presidential race

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis has officially announced that he will run for President of the United States next November.

“I’m running for president to lead America’s great comeback” wrote DeSantis on Twitter.

DeSantis will compete for the Republican presidential nomination with former White House chief Donald Trump. In the Republican camp, the governor is called Trump’s main rival.

Life previously wrote that Florida Gov. DeSantis has filed documents to run in the US presidential election. It is known that he represents the Republican Party. Incumbent American leader Joe Biden and former head of the White House Donald Trump also officially announced their intention to participate in the US presidential election.
