Tolmachev urged not to build illusions about the confrontation with Kiev

It is not worth building illusions about the further confrontation between Moscow and Kyiv, new times require the mobilization of society in all directions. Alexander Tolmachev, a member of the State Duma Committee on Transport and Development of Transport Infrastructure, stated this FAN.

As Parlamentskaya Gazeta wrote, according to the Ministry of Defense, on the morning of May 30, an attempt was made from Kyiv to carry out a terrorist attack by drones on objects in the Russian capital. Eight aircraft-type drones were involved in it, all of them were hit. Three devices were suppressed by means of electronic warfare, as a result of which they lost control and deviated from their targets, another five were shot down by the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun system in the Moscow region.

The Investigative Committee opened a criminal case on a terrorist attack after an attempted attack on Moscow. The department clarified that the investigation involved “experienced investigators and forensic specialists of the central office of the Investigative Committee of Russia, as well as experts from the department’s forensic center.”

“From the very beginning of the CBO, I said and I say that all this is very serious. For people who have been to the new regions, this is clearer than ever. Therefore, it is time for everyone to understand that mobilization is not only about those liable for military service. This is about each of us, about firefighters, police, office workers. Everyone in their place should do the maximum. I don’t know what signs someone else needs in order to get together internally, start helping the front, or just do their job better, ”said Tolmachev.

According to the deputy, people who have already understood that at any moment they may need a new degree of composure and readiness for emergency situations, treat what is happening without panic.

Meanwhile, according to Parlamentskaya Gazeta, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia reserves the right to take the most severe measures in response to the terrorist attacks of the Kyiv regime. The ministry stressed that the drone attacks on Moscow were planned and carried out by the “neo-Nazi Kyiv regime”, for which the use of methods of acts of terror has become a sinister practice.
