Tkachev’s company will invest 500 million rubles in a trout farm in Abkhazia

The Mantera group of companies, which is associated with the ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Tkachev, will develop the Chernorechensky trout farm in the Gudauta region of Abkhazia.

How transmits “Kommersant-Kuban”, the volume of investments is estimated at 500 million rubles.

Currently, Mantera is focused on two projects in the republic: the construction of a five-star hotel and apartment complex Moscow Resort, as well as the development of the Chernorechensky trout farm. The company previously financed the purchase of traffic light groups for Pitsunda worth RUB 712,000 as part of an investment agreement and a sustainable development strategy.

The Chernorechensk trout farm was founded in 1934. It is located on the river Mchishta. The farm has 15 ponds designed for 2 thousand individuals. In the Soviet years, the farm provided the Black Sea coast of the USSR with fish and produced up to 150 tons of marketable products. By 2021, the productivity of the enterprise has decreased to 5%.

Mantera Group manages the assets of the family of the ex-governor of the Krasnodar Territory and the former head of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation Alexander Tkachev in the field of real estate and tourism.
