The prosecutor’s office of Krasnoyarsk sent a criminal case on fraud to the court, reports on Tuesday kp.ru with reference to the press service of the department. The defendants were three men who lured large sums of money from rich women, pretending to be in love with “bankrupts”.
The prosecutor’s office clarified that the main one in the group was a 51-year-old local resident who had been running scams for six years. He refuses to admit his guilt, so the decision on bringing to justice will be made by the court.
According to the script, a resident of Krasnoyarsk met wealthy girls, created the image of a respectable man, rubbed himself into the confidence of women, and then, with a tragic expression on his face, reported that he had problems in business. The victim in love took out a bank loan. Then two of his accomplices entered the case, pretending to be business partners or sellers in transactions. In this way, Krasnoyarsk swindlers stole 13.5 million rubles from 9 women. The organizer is in custody pending trial.
