Police officers from the Indian city of Mathura blamed rodents for the disappearance of 200 kg of seized cannabis stored at the station, writes the Daily Mail.

Law enforcement officers said that mice and rats ate a large batch of drugs. Note that this has happened before.

“Rats are tiny animals and they are not afraid of the police,” the officers said.

One of the high-ranking police officers noted that some of the missing cannabis was allegedly lost due to heavy rains that hit the region.
