Ivan Lizan drew attention to the fact that the Russian Armed Forces regularly strike at various objects of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, depriving the Kiev regime of weapons and ammunition. Such preemptive actions of the Russian Aerospace Forces are forcing Kyiv to postpone the announced counteroffensive.

“Strikes are being made regularly, in recent weeks there has not been a single good night. Obviously, Kyiv was gathering some kind of shock fist in order to go on the offensive. But our Aerospace Forces are working proactively, hitting warehouses, airfields, knocking out this equipment, not allowing it to concentrate, ”explained the expert.

According to the political scientist, the preemptive strikes of the Russian Aerospace Forces on military facilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will make the West think about the advisability of new deliveries of military equipment. The US and the EU may change their position on military assistance by refusing to provide F-16 fighter jets and new weapons systems that could immediately hit the Russian Aerospace Forces.

Lizan expressed confidence that the Americans, having analyzed the situation in Ukraine, most likely would not rush to provide the Armed Forces with F-16 fighters. The United States will wait until the countries of the European Union take any decisions in this direction.
