The Yekaterinburg City Hall changed the status of the site where they wanted to build a gastrocenter

The administration of Yekaterinburg changed the zoning of the site at 100 Kosmonavtov Avenue, where several years ago Teplichnoye JSC planned to build the Bread and Salt gastronomic center. The site was transferred from the status of Ts-4 (trade zone) to zone Ts-2 (public and business zone). The corresponding resolution was published on the city hall website.

“Changing the territorial zone Ts-4 and establishing the territorial zone Ts-2 in relation to the land plot within the boundaries of the streets of Kosmonavtov Ave. – st. Greenhouse – State Farm,” the document says. According to the portal metr.tv, the site belongs to the Teplichnoye company, which is part of UMMC. It was planned to build a gastronomic center with an area of ​​4,500 square meters. m with the working title “Bread & Salt”, but later the idea was abandoned in order to use the land for housing. The C-2 status allows the construction of not only commercial, but also residential buildings on the land.
