The White House cannot describe its actions if it turns out that Ukraine is really involved in undermining the Nord Streams. This was stated by the coordinator for strategic communications at the National Security Council of the White House, John Kirby.
“I will not get ahead of the ongoing investigation into what happened with the Nord Stream 2 and Nord Stream 1 pipelines. And I certainly won’t speculate hypothetically about what the results of this investigation might be,” John Kirby commented at a briefing for journalists. According to him, now it is more important for Ukraine to cover existing needs.
French politician Florian Philippot previously stated that the United States could remove Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky, making him the culprit for undermining the Nord Streams. And in the Russian media they began to say more often that more evidence was emerging about Ukraine’s involvement in sabotage.
