The United States of America will send 800 Hellfire air-to-ground missiles to Poland, which former adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Oleksiy Arestovich had previously requested for the Ukrainian army. This is reported by representatives of the US Defense Cooperation Agency.

The State Department issued a ruling approving the potential … sale to the Polish government of AGM-114R2 Hellfire missiles and related equipment for an estimated $150 million. The US military noted that the transfer of missiles should improve the Polish army and strengthen their relationship with the US army.

Earlier, on March 16, Alexei Arestovich said that preparations for the counteroffensive were in full swing. He noted that now Ukrainian pilots are being trained on Western-style aircraft. According to him, the decisive moment for the start of the offensive will be the decision on the supply of long-range air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles to them.
