
The judge of the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region, Marina Whole, was recommended for transfer to the Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal, located in Omsk. This decision was made following the results of the sixth meeting of the High Qualifications Board of Judges of the Russian Federation (HQCJ RF).
“The HQCC of the Russian Federation considered the applications of applicants for vacant positions of judges and heads of courts of general jurisdiction, arbitration and military courts. Marina Petrovna Tselykh was recommended for the position of a judge of the Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal, ”the press service of the board said in a release.
She began her career at the Arbitration Court of the Omsk Region, where she was from 2003 to 2008. The woman also already worked in the Eighth Arbitration Court of Appeal, where from 2008 to 2016 she was an assistant judge. She was appointed to the Arbitration Court of the Tyumen Region in 2016.
Earlier, URA.RU reported that the HQCC approved a list of people who were recommended for the positions of chairmen of key courts in the Tyumen region. We are talking about new representatives of the Tobolsk city and district courts, where Andrey Lobanov and Stanislav Perminov were proposed, respectively.
